Attend our Foundation sessions, where we assess your abilities and help you acclimate to our gym environment.

Get ready to watch a dancing show when she is coaching. She got her start teaching dance fitness and then quickly fell in love with everything fitness.
She has been coaching for more than 10 years. Back in her younger years she competed in college as a pole vaulter and also coaches at Pinckney High School. Now she loves to help others find a love for fitness.
The best part of her day is when she can sit down with a new member in their No Sweat Intro and show them a path for them to reach their goals. She has multiple certifications from nutrition coaching, metabolic testing to weight lifting. And she’s always looking for the next thing in fitness that will help her members.

You better come ready to work in her classes. She will bring the energy and expects members to do the same. Her passion is boxing and has amplified her knowledge to bring the best techniques to our members. But careful at the end of class when she finishes with core.

Sondra also works with our teens in our community helping them get stronger, jump higher and focuses on developing them into amazing athletes whether it’s for sport or for lifestyle. So if you have a teen ready to take their fitness to the next level and improve dramatically check out her Sport Perform Classes.

We call her mom just like her lovely 7 children, and this is because she cares for each member like they are her own. Julie is our licensed Physical Therapist who runs a clinic out of our gym as well as coaches a variety of classes. Her focus is to make sure you are moving the way your body is intended to do so. Find weakness, inbalances and give you a solution that you can utilize in your daily life.

From member to coach Brittany has a passion for fitness that is constantly evolving. She has a peacefulness about her but don’t be surprised if she picks up those heavy weights and competes.
Brittany has a love for mothers to be and new moms to help them find time for themselves as she is a busy working mom herself. She also dabbles in the art of aerial silks which requires strength, balance and flexibility.

Our go to for jokes and fun. He will lighten up your day with his amazing energy making and bad day turn brighter. He is always up for the next gym challenge and has had success over the years committing himself to his own fitness.
You will always see a smile on his face and it’s probably due to his amazing wife and adorable two daughters.

Don’t be shocked if you catch Ashley practicing her handstands. She is our yoga instructor and is always working on improving her own skills in yoga as well as life. She will focus on improving your mobility, flexibility, and meditation. Be ready to set your purpose of intention in her class and leave feeling joyful for what you were able to do that day.

She can move from ballet to shaking her booty in an instant. Melissa teaches Barre and Werq Dance Fitness creating a fun and energetic class to get your body moving. She loves to move her body because it helps her get through her busy day at work. And will expect you to be at class with her.

Her laugh is infectious. Laura is one hard worker and will show you a thing or two about why lifting is so important. She will show you why you can do something because she will show you just how to do it.
She is a farm girl at heart and loves her animals immensely. You will find her early mornings getting the hard work in cause she knows she has a hard day ahead of her.
